    向死而生的智慧(摘)

         海德格尔认为,“向死而生”的意义即是:由于面对死亡而珍惜自己的生命,进而活出自己的价值,这时的人才是“本真的”存在者。在本真的人身上,“存在本身”将会彰显出来。比如小孩子说真话,让真理得以彰显。从而不容易陷于“非本真状态”,亦即整天都在闲谈、好奇与模棱两可,关心世间琐碎的事务,隐身于公众意识中。比如,我们问一个人“开车为何违章”,他/她回答“因为别人也违章”;问“为何要工作上班”,回答“因为别人也工作上班”;问“为何要学习科学发展观”,回答“因为要求学习科学发展观”。
         海德格尔把“人”描述为:人是被抛入世界(身不由己来到人间)、能力有限、处于生死之间、对遭遇莫名其妙、在内心深处充满挂念与忧惧而又微不足道的受造之物。这个受造之物对世界要照料,对问题要照顾,而自己本身则常有烦恼。他/她处于众人中,孤独生活,失去自我,等待良心召唤,希望由此成为本身的存在。即采取实在的作为,必须选择。老子曰“孰能浊以静之徐清?孰能安以动之徐生?”此谓“孰”,应该就是海氏所说的“存在本身”。
        人在探索生命意义时,迟早会遇到最根本的问题:这一切变迁无已的世间万物,从何处来又往何处去?人生短短几十年所要成就的是时间的功名,还是本真的自我?“向死而生”的智慧,对人类永远是有启发的。
